This is a simple smoothie recipe for a Probiotic Pina Colada that uses the pineapple kombucha from my previous post. All ingredients are to taste, so consider this a guideline!
You can easily make it sweeter with more honey, or creamier with more yogurt or coconut milk.
The Pina Colada Recipe
Probiotic Pina Colada
A deliciously summary drink filled with gut healing ingredients!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups pineapple kombucha
- 2 teaspoons honey- for keto sub with stevia- 5-10 drops of vanilla stevia should be plenty sweet.
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, or coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop collagen powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into the jar and blend until frothy!
- Enjoy!
