In this week’s episode of A Real Food Journey I interviewed Nutritional Therapist and blogger Craig Fear. Craig runs his practice Pioneer Valley Nutritional Therapy in Western Massachusetts and also runs a fantastic blog, Fearless Eating. As a nutritional therapist Craig had a plethora of information to share, especially concerning heartburn, which he recently wrote a book on. This is another book that gets the Real Food Journey double thumbs up. I should really start a page of the double thumbs up awarded books (maybe look for that on the header soon). You can tell by this interview that Craig knows his stuff. I would recommend working with him him whole heatedly and you can see what types of clients he works with here. We were also lucky enough to answer some listener questions so make sure you stay tuned towards the end to hear some questions answered. Click here to see the episode in Itunes.
