This week I had a really fun interview with Rachel from Grok Grub. We got to talking about crossfit, something that has not been covered on the podcast really, which is surprising since so many of the paleo bloggers I have interviewed love to crossfit. I have been curious about crossfit for a while, but had not had the courage or time to try it out, so it was fun to pick Rachel’s brain! I am still not sure it is for me, but the thought of gaining strength is very enticing. What do you all think? Die hard crossfitters? Curious? Suspicious of the crossfit cult? Let me know in the comments!
