This week I am taking a break from interviews to talk out an up coming issue… I will have NO kitchen! This is not something no kitchen cooking. I have not dealt with before except my first year of college. Real food was not a top priority then..
We are currently working on a house expansion project, that is slowly chugging along. When we bought the house last year this was always part of the plan, as our house could easily fit into the Tiny House trend now, and it’s not a trend I ever intended to be apart of. I love BIGGG kitchens and BIG houses and BIG beds! It’s probably because I’m short 🙂 My husband and I will be without a working kitchen for at least 2 weeks and while that’s not too long, I am trying to prepare in advance now so I won’t be ordering expensive takeout and eating marginal food for 2+ weeks straight.
I figured some of the planning I’m doing might be helpful to other people, who don’t have access to full kitchens, are also remodeling or for the real food minded college students out there. And people who don’t cook.

Take a listen and let me know your tips for the situation as well. Leave a comment or hit my up on Twitter @bakeringersoll and I will share your ideas with everyone!
Hope you enjoyed the show! (If you did could you leave me a review in iTunes?)
Cheers,
Heather
