This week I had a great interview with Charmian Christie of The Messy Baker. Charmian is serious about from scratch cooking, and has been at it since she was a child! But to keep herself sane, she tries things once and if they are too much work, she might not go to the effort for that dish again. I think this is a really sensible way to keep cooking fun, and not live in a prison surrounding healthy food choices!
