This recipe for lime marinated red onions is something I have been meaning to put on the blog for you for a long time! Use this “relish” on tacos, salads, over meat, even in eggs! I whip this up a jar at a time and keep it in the fridge for a week!
This recipe makes a lot- I love to use it for taco night, on top of salads and topping my Paleo taco soup! These marinated onions are also delicious in wraps!! The trick to it is so slice up your onions very thin.
This will become your favorite new topping for just about everything! As an Amazon Associate and member of other affiliate programs, I earn from qualifying purchases.Lime Marinated Red Onions

March 16, 2017 at 5:50 pmHey Anita! I have never tried that, as I am a little spice phobic myself, but I will have to give it a try. My husband loved jalapenos and I have some in the fridge!
Thanks so much for stopping by to comment, you have no idea how encouraging it is to me!
Cheers! -Heather
