This week I had a great learning session with Paul who records the fermentation podcast! I am a total fermentation newbie, and wimp, but Paul has given me some confidence to try my own ferments! Paul has been into fermenting for a few years now, and in my eyes, is an expert on the subject. He has fermented just about everything. In this episode he shares how he got into fermenting, and some great recipes!
