How is everyone doing this week? It is STILL hot in Seattle. I was lucky this weekend, I have a friend with a pool so I got to cool off a little. Sitting in cool baths just isn’t cutting it! On the bright side, my tomatoes are getting ripe, already harvested 5 or 6! Are you ready for a super inspiring podcast this week?
This is one of my most inspiring episodes ever. I usually am talking to people who have come to real food because of health issues, or children. Erica falls into the first category, but boy did she get a head start. Around age 12 Erica started to experience sever joint pain. Now at 18 she is helping other young people who are dealing with extreme food restrictions. IF you thought heading to a friend’s for dinner way difficult, try the high school cafeteria! If she can take ownership of her health, I think we all can!
