This week on the show Kristin from Live Simply stopped over for a great interview. She is one of the few people I have spoken with that truly has an open mind about food. About 4 years ago, pregnant, she got into veganism. However after a short time she realized that she wasn’t feeling so great. Because of that great open mind, she didn’t turn blame on herself, she just switched it up.
