On this week’s show I had a super fun conversation with Vanessa from Clean Eating with A Dirty Mind. Vanessa follows the paleo diet, but has a few modifications. She has chosen to allow certain foods, that are “not-paleo” inter her diet without guilt. She talks about this in the interview, I think it is a really good approach, when eating a semi restrictive diet, to allow some outlet and make no room for guilt.
She likes to say, she blogs about the “Sexy Side of Paleo”. She makes a lot of grain free treats, with real food ingredients, that make my mouth water!
